1.Tom Ford Noir Absolute
“It’s a deep black gel formula with specks of midnight blue that catch the light beautifully. It’s perfect for creating a dimensional smoky eye that last all night. I like to use it with Laura Mercier's Smudge Brush around the edges of the lash line to create drama
2. NARS Eyeliner Stylos in Carpates or Atlantic
This season we're seeing a strong focus on eyeliner. I love a super-saturated inky black or deep navy color that goes on glossy and dries down in seconds. To achieve a precise line: I always start close at the inner corner of the eye. Start thin and gradually get thicker. Always lay the felt tip on its side at the base of the upper lash line as you draw the line. This will give you more control, which is integral to lining your eyes well.
3. Dior Crayon Eyeliner Waterproof in Trinidad Black
It glides on so smoothly, which makes it very easy to apply even for an eyeliner novice, but sets to a rich black that doesn't fade smudge or run throughout the day. I like to start the line at the outer corner of the eye and move in toward the nose, tapering off as the lashes do.
4. Tarte Call Of The Wild Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner
The gel consistency of this liner coupled with the carbon-black color creates the richest and most-precise definition ever. The pliable formula lets you blend and soften, but once it’s dry, it does not budge. I love using the angled side of the brush to create a smooth, small winged edge along the lashline.
5. Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner
This potted formula takes the guesswork out of tricky cat-eye looks. Long-wearing and water-resistant, this gel liner has “just enough slip that you can blend mistakes before it completely dries
